From high-profile F1 events to exclusive launch parties, this role demands someone with the ability to make things happen—on time, under budget, and with unforgettable style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end process for events, including ideation, planning, budgeting, and flawless execution in Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event coordination and outstanding guest experiences.
• Brand Activation: Create unforgettable brand experiences that resonate with our luxury audience, leveraging cutting-edge marketing strategies and innovative activations.
• Logistics Mastermind: Handle every event detail, including contracts, permits, timelines, and staffing, to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while maintaining the high standard expected at Modern Luxury.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, digital, and sales teams to align event themes with magazine content and partner goals, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
• Post-Event Success: Analyze and report on event performance metrics to inform future event strategy and demonstrate ROI to internal teams and external partners.
• Travel-Ready: Be willing and ready to travel regularly between Austin, Dallas, and Houston to ensure all events are personally overseen.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or brand activation, preferably in the luxury or media space.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously, with a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong relationships with vendors, venues, and partners in the Texas market is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly when needed.
• Results-driven, with a creative flair for curating unique, upscale experiences.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with luxury brands, sponsors, and VIP clientele.
• A passion for luxury, culture, and media trends in Texas.
