Job Description and Responsibilities:

· Assist the marketing manager in developing and executing a content calendar.

· Collaborate with the marketing manager to schedule and coordinate graphic elements for social media posts and other marketing initiatives.

· Create engaging content tailored for different social platforms.

· Travel to other office locations and job sites for social media content.

· Create and execute social media and Google Ads.

· Research competitor social media activities, consumer behavior, and industry trends to enhance ongoing social media strategies.

· Monitor brand conversations/reputation on online review sites and social media

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Social media (Meta for Business) and Google Ad experience.

· Must be able to travel to job sites as needed.

· Must be comfortable with customer interaction as well as the sales team to generate content

· Flexible Schedule.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Organizational skills.

· Multitasking and project management skills.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing software)

Beneficial Preferred Requirements:

· Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is preferred. Specifically in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

· Video Editing experience.

· Drone experience.

· iPhone video editing experience.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
