Job Description
The External Support Clerk will provide direct support to Modoc County Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in areas such as district/site plan development, data collection, reporting, inventory management, and coordination of services.
This role requires an individual who can think creatively and strategically, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve district/site plan development and implementation
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage inventory and coordinate services with LEAs to ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in education or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
