Catering Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. This role is essential for ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction in all catering events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of territory management, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth through both inside and outside sales strategies.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance service offerings and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective B2B strategies that drive territory sales growth.
• Oversee account management activities to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors to ensure high-quality food service at events.
• Train and supervise catering staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency in catering processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering management or a related field.
• Strong skills in territory management and account management.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience in both outside sales and inside sales, preferably within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using technology tools relevant to sales and catering management.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
