What are the responsibilities and job description for the MULTIMEDIA COMM. DESIGNER position at Mohegan Sun?
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Produces employee audio and video communications including storyboarding, scriptwriting, video editing, simulation recording, voice-over recording, sound editing and preparing media for distribution
- Produces employee advertising to include design, layout and copy for newsletter, informational flyers, posters and the company intranet
- Executes design and layout strategies for departmental communication plans
- Develops communications that identify key messages and effectively reaches target audience
- Identifies and utilizes the appropriate channels to disseminate key messages and information to employees
- Conducts research, interviews, writing, editing and reviews to ensure accurate and effective communications
- Regularly supports the activities of the Employee Communications Manager by working directly with other operating departments to ensure plans and procedures are effectively organized and communicated throughout the company
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with providing technical support and software training
- Assists with the planning, creation and reporting of e-learning courses
- Provides support for employee events and activities
- Reviews, proofreads and approves various forms of communication (scripts, articles, flyers, etc.)
