Position: Direct Marketing Coordinator
Hourly: $18.92 per hour, Negotiable Shift Differential, if applicable

Summary: The Direct Marketing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in executing direct mail, email, and tier communication programs. Reporting to the Database Marketing Manager within the Gaming Division, you'll ensure accuracy and timeliness in all direct marketing initiatives while maintaining superior customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Program direct mail offers in the campaign management system promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate implementation of database marketing initiatives including direct mail, email, and app communications.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries regarding direct mail offers.
- Maintain detailed records and produce monthly reports for direct marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of guest database records.
- Collaborate with marketing management to determine optimal setup for direct mail projects.
- Assist in writing coupon copy and implementing tracking codes for offers.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations always.
Qualifications & Education
- High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of front-of-house gaming experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
- Must obtain and maintain a Mohican Nation Gaming License.
- Must pass a Criminal Investigation Background Check (CIB).
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and health screening.
- Flexible availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to adapt to change and participate in ongoing training.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a satisfactory working record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; experience with Tableau and Bally CMP, BI, and Campaign Manager a plus. Must pass a basic Excel test to show proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle diverse and challenging situations professionally.
- Team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
Work Conditions
- Must Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands frequently.
- Capable of handling a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Visual acuity (close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception).
- Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level environment.
