JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator is a key role within our company, responsible for shaping and executing our
marketing strategy. This position encompasses both strategic planning and hands-on execution, driving

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Marketing Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company’s
business objectives.
• Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to
drive lead generation and client retention.
Content Creation and Management
• Design and produce marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers,
email campaigns, and social media content.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it reflects the
brand and supports lead generation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, compelling
content for target audiences.
Brand and Reputation Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and
communications.
• Monitor and manage online reputation, including reviews, testimonials, and social media
interactions.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and
recommendations for optimization.
• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead
conversions, and campaign ROI.
Event Coordination
• Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, client appreciation events, and other marketing
initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Skills:

social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
