Customer Service Representative/Sales Support Role
A key position in a leading manufacturing company is available for a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative. This role involves supporting the Outside Sales team, managing order entry, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the Outside Sales team.
- Process and verify customer orders with accurate pricing, quantity, and delivery details.
- Maintain and update customer inventory in the database and warehouse.
- Manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely updates to customers.
- Build detailed order documentation and communicate order priorities.
Requirements:
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Business Central ERP systems or similar platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SAGE, Peachtree, Oracle, Quickbooks, or ADP.
- Graphic design knowledge is an asset but not required.
