NEEDS
- Manage 3 emails
- 3 inboxes
- Will manage replies and may at times act as client in responses
- Manage 3 calendars
- Elevate when double booked
- Work to learn client and his needs
- Manage 3 CRMS
- Keep them updated
- Elevate urgent matters to client
- Stay on top of prospects
- Organize
- Perform market research to help client cultivate his network
- Outreach and identify people, book meetings, and add them to sales pipeline
- Manage up
- Act as client's extension
- Follow up on related activities
- Understand sales cycles
- Ability to do a daily huddle
- Platforms:
- CRM tools
- Calendar
- Slack
- Google Meet
- Experience managing sales lead pipelines (preferred)
- Excellent grammar
- Detail oriented
- Extremely organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Efficient and fast paced
- High level of comfort with CRM tools
- 20 hours per week
- Eastern or Central Time Zone (preferred)
