Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service : Greet clients warmly as they enter the studio.Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients and visitors.Class Instruction : Create and test class instruction to bring fresh and engaging techniques to our audience of folks hungry for engaging Pilates classes.Lead group reformer and mat Pilates classes and other fitness classes as needed (when certified).Develop and implement class routines that cater to clients of varying fitness levels and abilities.Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual client needs.Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized fitness advice and support.Encourage client retention through exceptional class experiences and personalized attention.Promote studio events, workshops, and membership packages.Studio Management : Ensure the studio environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained before and after classes.Assist with studio events, promotions, and community outreach activities.Collaborate with the business manager and other instructors to improve class offerings and client experience.Teachers will be responsible for cleaning the floor after each shift and making sure equipment is left in a specific configuration for the next class.General Support : Report to the Studio Associates or Studio Manager when inventory is low in stock.Report any maintenance issues to the Studio Associates or Studio Manager promptly.Other : Debrief with Studio Associates after classes to update member information as needed.Support the team during off-site events. Requirements : Certified Pilates Instructor. Ability to teach various Pilates classes is preferred, at least one specialty (reformer or mat) is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment. Stay informed and educated about Pilates and wellness techniques and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
