Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Azure DevOps and a deep understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . This role will be instrumental in gathering business requirements, facilitating UAT, and supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment.
Required Qualifications :
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.
Extensive experience working in Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps for requirements and testing.
Strong background in UAT facilitation, test script writing, and defect tracking .
Experience with SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation capabilities .
Comfort and experience leading / facilitating meetings, training, and business process discussions .
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in Health and Human Services (HHS) / DHS programs .
Familiarity with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Cognos, or other data analytics / reporting tools .
