Key Responsibilities
As a Floating Property Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at various properties in North County and nearby areas. Your duties include:
Operational Support:
- Filling in for various on-site roles as needed.
- Ensuring team adherence to Monarch policies and best practices.
- Using and maintaining standard forms and documents, including leases and timecards.
Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Achieving leasing goals to maintain high occupancy rates.
- Maximizing tenant renewals at competitive rates.
- Managing rent collection, reducing delinquency, and recovering bad debt.
- Ensuring timely and effective resolution of all tenant work orders.
Administration and Reporting:
- Signing and processing new and renewal leases.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records and files.
- Completing and submitting all required reports promptly.
- Keeping property marketing current, accurate, and impactful.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in multifamily housing.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, YARDI experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within North County and nearby areas.
