Our client is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Copywriter to join their in-house creative team with a focus on performance marketing. In this role, you will develop high-impact, results-driven copy for mid- and lower-funnel evergreen and promotional campaigns across paid digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences in both English and Spanish. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Write clear, persuasive copy for various digital marketing assets, including social media, search, OLV/OTT, and display ads.
- Adapt content in both English and Spanish to support global campaigns and diverse audiences.
- Partner with the performance marketing team to optimize copy based on key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to create A/B test plans and refine creative based on performance insights.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure copy aligns with brand voice and tone.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to execute creative concepts.
- Contribute insights into trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy.
- Edit and proofread all copy to ensure error-free, high-quality work.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong writing, reading, and editing skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including conversion optimization, A/B testing, and copy’s role in driving results.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your copywriting expertise, especially for performance marketing campaigns.
