Social Media Manager - Women's Clothing Stores

Location: Highlands, NC
Type: Part-time

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. You will play a key role in driving engagement and increasing brand visibility for our women’s clothing stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Create, edit, and film reels and other content at our location in Highlands, NC.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and vision.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially within the fashion industry.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media for a fashion brand, boutique or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Ability to film and edit engaging content, including reels, at our Highlands, NC location.
• Experience in fashion and either a current influencer or similar background.
• Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with fashion styling, photography, or videography.
• Existing network within the fashion or influencer community.
