We are seeking a Purchasing and Receiving Agent to manage purchasing and inventory, oversee product receiving, and assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities
Purchasing and Vendor Coordination:
Order products and materials in line with project schedules and company needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to track order status.
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies proactively to prevent delays.
Receiving and Inventory Management:
Oversee incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of received items.
Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies, coordinating returns or replacements when necessary.
Administrative Support and Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist with document filing, order processing, and office supply management.
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Support CRM management by updating records and ensuring accurate customer follow-up.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support different departments and maintain smooth operations.
