As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our leadership team and drive financial strategy across our multi-unit operations.
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of our restaurant and QSR operations, providing strategic leadership and direction. This role is pivotal in driving profitability, managing multi-unit financial performance, and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership within the restaurant/QSR industry and a proven track record of success in multi-unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support company goals, including revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multi-unit restaurant operations.
- Analyze financial performance across locations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide guidance to regional and unit-level management on financial best practices.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and improve financial transparency.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and external regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 years of financial leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on multi-unit restaurant or QSR operations.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth in a similar industry.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for multi-unit locations.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and relevant software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
