- $175 daily rate (7 hours per day)
- Schedule: July 7-17 and July 21-31
- Kickoff Meeting: July 1, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Workdays: Monday – Thursday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to complete intermediate to advanced-level tasks (must pass Word and Excel examination).
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Ability to perform desktop publishing assignments with accuracy and creativity.
- Proficiency in operating office equipment (e.g., copy machines, laminating machines, label makers).
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately maintain records and inventories.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of records and sensitive information.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff professionally and courteously.
- Ability to handle telephone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Ability to manage office emergencies calmly and tactfully.
