The primary duties of the IT Systems Support 2 position involve hardware and software installation, maintenance, and training on microcomputer workstations in local and wide area networks.The incumbent provides technical problem resolution on microcomputer workstations that include hardware, communications, or multi-product integration.This team supports end-user and data processing personnel and manages and provides trouble resolution for DOJ-wide area network users and authorized agents.Some state vehicle driving and lifting/moving hardware up to twenty-five pounds is required.Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in information technology or related field.Three years of experience supporting network or computer systems technologies.Other combinations of education, certification or experience may be substituted.Note: Don’t quite meet all the requirements, but still confident you could crush it as IT Systems Support?
