This position qualifies for the Quality Educator Loan Assistance Program authorized by the Montana Legislature. The program provides for up to $3,000 of state funded loan repayment at the end of the first year of teaching, up to $4,000 at the end of the second year, and up to $5,000 at the end of the third year.Â

Job Description: Upper West Shore School District #33, Dayton Elementary School, is looking for a highly motivated person to join its teaching team. He/She should be a team player with an open mind, who is willing to assist in all aspects of a multi grade classroom environment for 2024-2025. Other duties may be assigned.
Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have Certification in Elementary Education K-8 and hold a Montana Teaching license or have the ability to obtain one. The successful candidate must also pass a background check.
Supplemental Information: Â Dayton Elementary is a K-6th grade school located along the shores of Flathead Lake in Dayton, MT. The school serves the Dayton, Proctor, Rollins, Elmo, and Big Arm areas and is located 22 miles north of Polson, MT on Hwy 93. The school district is on a 4 day week.
