Salary: €6,500–€7,000/month
Start Date: February 20th, 2025
Requirements:
- Male only (due to cabin arrangements).
- Valid B1/B2 visa, ENG1, and Ship’s Cook Certificate.
Role Overview:
A 60m private and charter motor yacht is seeking an experienced French Rotational Head Chef. The Yacht is mostly used privately and, on average, only charters once or twice yearly.
The family, from the US, enjoys Mediterranean, French, Italian, Mexican, and Japanese cuisines. Strong French culinary and pastry skills are essential (traditional French desserts). The owner loves fishing and expects early breakfasts and packed lunches during occasional fishing trips. Most of the crew has been onboard for many years.
The yacht is currently in the shipyard in the US and will be relaunched in late February 2025.
There are great bonuses and pay reviews (based on performance) to reward hard work and offer great long-term potential for the right chef.
