Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in various office management tasks, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. IT knowledge it is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Support management with personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various administrative functions.
  • Utilize computer literacy to manage software applications effectively for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Serve as a bilingual liaison when necessary, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider range of clients.
  • IT knowledge is required.
  • Skills in building communications networks, safeguarding data and information, and troubleshooting computer problems
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
