What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager/Sales Manager position at Montecito Collective?
Montecito Collective is seeking a Store Manager/ Social Media Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the overall store management and performance of the store and in charge of all of our social media.
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to the following
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process from customer interactions to product usage
- Ensure that all sales associates are up to date with product knowledge and requirements
- Ensure that all products are available for customer needs and that all pricing is accurate
- Maintain inventory of products and place orders when necessary
- Manage the sales staff including interviewing, training, and performance reviews
- Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example
- Assist in product development as needed
- Assist in product merchandising including product advertising, store layout and design (if needed)
- Provide insight into the future of the business by analyzing trends, customer behavior and market trends
- Help manage any employee issues or problems that may arise
- Create and be content for all social media platforms for Montecito Collective
- Manages daily and monthly sales goals
- Manages sales team- tells them what to do
- Analyzes monthly data to see what we can improve on for sales each month/week
- Tagging product
- Taking inventory
- Manages the hiring process- training, interviewing, etc.
Social Media Manager:
- Write, direct, edit, caption, and post all social media content (TikTok and IG)
- Makes 4 TikToks per day
- Makes 1 Reel per day
- Look at the metrics on the social media to see what will do well
- Post at 10 and 3 everyday for Tik Tok and 1 pm every day for reels/IG
- Create comprehensive content calendars
- Schedules posts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
