We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as an initial point of contact for customers and sales representatives contacting the office. Work involves routine exercise of discretion, excellent customer service, good decision-making skills, excellent follow-through and multi-tasking.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday. Between 4 - 8 hours a day with a maximum of 32 hours a week.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers phones & e-mails
- Ensures e-mail orders are reviewed and free of accounting issues
- Enters orders from sales representatives and accounts
- Ensures orders are submitted by daily deadlines
- Creates and sends reports to wineries and sales representatives
- Reviews inventory to ensure product is available
- Checks mobile app entries for rate accuracy and credit viability
- Prints and updates master order sheets
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data entry systems and customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
