What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Attorney position at Monteza Law Firm?
Midtown Law Firm is looking for an SPANISH speaking Associate Attorney with AT LEAST TWO (2) years of Immigration/Litigation experience to represent clients in various forms of immigration matters, including, but not limited to, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Asylum/Withholding of Removal/CAT, and Cancellation of Removal.

Benefits:
- Initial Salary: $95,000.00 to $118,000.00 annually depending on experience.
-Three (3) weeks paid vacation a year

Requirements :
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be well-organized and detail oriented.
- NY bar license a MUST. NJ license a PLUS .
- Asylum, Cancellation of Removal and SIJS.
