Location: District Attorneys Office
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This is para-professional legal work of a moderately complex nature involving responsibility for a wide variety of legal duties, including but not limited to research, preparation, review and verification of legal documents, designing and supervising the maintenance of a variety of legal materials, etc. The work is performed under the supervision of higher-level Attorney’s. Does related work as required.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must be a legal resident of Montgomery County or a Contiguous County. Please provide a copy of your driver's license (front and back) for proof of residency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in legal studies or closely related field; or
B. Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies, legal secretarial science or closely related field and two years of experience in a law office or providing clerical support to an Attorney; or
C. Certification in paralegal studies and four years of experience in a law office or providing clerical support to an Attorney
