Retail Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team to drive sales and meet targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all retail activities, including customer service, sales, and inventory management

- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement

- Coordinate with the assistant manager to optimize shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and place orders to replenish merchandise as needed

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency

- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and profitability

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment in line with company standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals

- Proficiency in retail math and understanding of key performance indicators

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail setting

- Experience in conducting interviews, training employees, and evaluating performance
