Regional Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia region. As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and ensuring the success of our properties within your assigned region. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Regional Property Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and supervise site managers within the region
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Oversee all marketing trends (i.e. customer interaction, market adjustments, advertising, social media reviews, etc.) within the region
• Develop budget and financial reports to include strategizing the overall financial performance of the property
• Increase property values by improving the net operating income
• Close review and audit of software data input by property managers and leasing agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Provide guidance and support to property managers in sales strategies and customer service
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to property managers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and employee development
• Traveling between the properties to achieve optimal performance

Regional Property Manager Skills

• Proven work experience as a Regional Manager (5 years)
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing teams
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience managing a portfolio of 2,000 units and a team of 25 or more people
• Well versed in Yardi and Rent Café
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Ability to understand property financials
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication, team building and presentation skills
