Summary
We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team at Montrose Collision. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and refinishing.
- Utilize sheet metal techniques to repair damaged vehicle bodies.
- Apply auto painting techniques using airless paint spraying methods for a flawless finish.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop.
- Strong skills in sheet metal work, auto painting, and vehicle restoration techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
