Serra Collision Center is actively seeking Auto Body / Collision Repair Technicians. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in the industry. Attention to detail and great communication are a must. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform all aspects of body repairs, unibody repairs, frame repairs as well as adhering to all safety and quality standards. Individuals will need all necessary tools associated with collision repair. I-Car certified is preferred but not required. Summary
We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team at Serra Auto Park. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality automotive repairs and refinishing work. Responsibilities
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
