THE BASICS: INSIDE SALES REP - CLIENT SERVICES CONSULTANT
THE SCHEDULE:
This sales and customer service role works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
YOUR ROLE:
Start your day as an Inside Sales Rep - Client Services Consultant at our heating and HVAC company. Proactively reaching out to customers, you ensure their satisfaction, and offer exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service and assist customers with their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You document detailed notes in the client relations system to inform our technicians and meet your goals while earning commissions by providing honest, ethical service with the customer at the forefront.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls while using exceptional phone skills
- Helping people must be part of your DNA
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
