Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Sales Representative with a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying and developing new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service and solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to expand the customer base and retain accounts.
- Prospect and develop new accounts through research, cold calls, and email, utilizing CRM software.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, addressing each customer's unique needs.
- Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to offer product solutions, enhancing sales success.
- Achieve sales revenue goals through effective selling strategies and account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience, with industry experience in food service, janitorial, healthcare, or related fields being a plus.
- Industrial food service packaging (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Capability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
