What are the responsibilities and job description for the AFC Home Manager position at Moore Living Connection?
Moore Living Connections(MLC) is looking for a Manager at one of our AFC Home in Onekama, MI. This position provides leadership and general management of an AFC serving persons with developmental disabilities. Specific tasks include but are not limited to coordinating duties of self-directed work teams to provide innovative training and supports to residents living in the home and maintain systems to ensure complete compliance with regulator agencies and best practice standards. This position is responsible for coordinating budgets and the work of MLC life Coaches and support staff from other agencies. Network with other agencies to maximize opportunities for residents and increase MLC's exposure positively in the region.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
- Manage staff, providing supervision, training, and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, including those with Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Ensure compliance with resident's rights and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate budgets and financial management for efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a supportive community environment, promoting engagement and well-being among residents.
