As the Business Analyst, Data Products, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering features that drive the success of our ID Resolution, Data Privacy, and SimioCloud model order operations. Your Impact:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and team members to create and prioritize the product backlog, aligning with the strategic roadmap.
- Analyze and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for product features.
- Leverage data analysis to provide insights, validate feature performance, and support data-driven product development.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data-driven products and processes, with experience in data science being a significant plus.
- Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
- Familiarity with ID Resolution, Data Privacy, and/or machine learning is a plus.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) a plus.
