Your impact:
- Contact customers directly regarding past due amounts.
- Prepare monthly aging report and reconcile to General Ledger.
- Produce and issue monthly customer statements.
- Research payments with missing details to ensure that receivables are accurately recorded.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, process customer refunds, and review account adjustments.
- Conduct credit analysis and assess the creditworthiness of customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in collections and client account management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Available to commute to our Auburn, MA office Monday - Friday.
