Morae Global Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX, supporting a major international client in the manufacturing sector. This position will involve hands-on support for North American claims, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-year engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze data related to claims.
- Develop and create innovative client deliverables.
- Design and present presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with both client and Morae team members to ensure projects are on-track and on-schedule.
- Gain proficiency in legal operations, process redesign, spend management, and legal-specific digital tools.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Build strong working relationships within Morae and with clients at all levels and roles.
- Continuously develop knowledge and expertise in compliance, legal operations, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing claims.
- Learn to navigate and work with various client systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).
- Previous administrative or data processing experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Experience in legal, compliance, or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX, for the full duration of the multi-year project.
- Strong administrative and data processing skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and take initiative independently.
- Strong interest in learning about manufacturing claims and handling large volumes of data.

Work Hours:
This position requires availability to work during Central Time Zone business hours.
