Position Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only) | Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Role Summary: We are seeking an organized, friendly, and enthusiastic Venue Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of weddings and events, maintaining open communication with clients and vendors, and upholding the high standards of Morais Vineyards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Oversight: Be present on-site before and during events to ensure all venue-related aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Client Engagement: Conduct scheduled tours for potential clients, showcasing the venue's features and amenities.
- Detail Management: Collaborate with clients to finalize event details, ensuring all venue-related requirements are met.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any venue-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for event vendors, facilitating smooth operations and adherence to venue policies.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain consistent communication with wedding planners/coordinators and event captains to ensure all venue policies and protocols are followed.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Event Planning Assistance: Support the planning and facilitation of winery-hosted events as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Note: This role does not involve event planning; clients are required to hire external event planners.
