Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization.
Duties
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Assist in training and development programs for employees
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Utilize HR systems such as Paylocity for data management and reporting
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in HR roles with exposure to various HR functions
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, training development, and administrative tasks
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
