">Job Purpose
">The Capex Procurement Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective sourcing of all capital equipment associated with Project Zenith. This involves owning the end-to-end procurement process, working closely with the Project Manager and design teams to achieve success, and driving cost-effective solutions.
">Key Responsibilities
">Identify and select equipment vendors through a world-class approach to supplier relationship management.
">Negotiate cost-effective deals that incentivize both Electrical Carbon and vendors.
">Ensure capex procurement remains within agreed budgets and provides transparency of capex spend versus budget and trade-offs required to remain within budget.
">Coordinate all Project Zenith-related capex across relevant sites in North America and Europe, maintaining a log of all Zenith-related Purchase Orders versus Budget.

Essential Functions
">Work with key stakeholders to identify and qualify potential equipment vendors.
">Develop and deploy world-class RFP approaches to gather quotations and vendor selection for capital equipment, site preparation and civils work, and ancillary services for capital equipment.
">Capture mutual attractiveness while negotiating variances or extras to contracts and agree terms and conditions with vendors.
">Employ a world-class approach to Supplier Relationship Management, including contract and logistics management.
