Responsibilities

Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First and Second Shift with flexible 4 or 5 day per week scheduling options. - Manufacture, pack and inspect products.
- Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
- Cross training in various operational areas
2nd Shift - $17/hr
1st Shift - $16/hr

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
- Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
- Visual acuity
- Basic math skills
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
- Must be a:
- Citizen of the United States, or
- Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
