Morgan Construction Company, Inc., a well established General Contractor and Construction Management firm is looking for qualified applicants to immediately fill a Project Management position with our company.
The Project Management position is someone who will be stationed at our home office and be responsible for day-to-day administrations and management of specifically assigned construction projects in the Southeastern US. This person will provide leadership, training, input, feedback and direction to Field Superintendents and will carry out direction given by senior management to meet project specific goals and operate with company procedures.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Ability to travel and overnight at periodic intervals to project sites.
- Capable of managing multiple projects.
- Oversee and maintain project budgets.
- Ability to conduct and be chairperson for all project meetings.
- Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contact to facilitate project activities.
- Protect company’s interest and deliver projects within budget.
- Must be able to work in high pressure situations facing strict deadlines.

Required Experience: Minimum 5 Years Experience in Similar Position / Engineering and Construction Management degree preferred
