Job Summary:
We are seeking a hard-working and customer service-minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fill the role of Floating Maintenance Technician at our properties.
This position requires troubleshooting service issues, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs. The successful candidate will ensure that both interior and exterior property standards meet company requirements and applicable laws.
The technician will respond to maintenance requests, communicate with residents and office staff on work status, and work in an on-call rotation requiring flexibility, including night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot service issues related to HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Ensure interior and exterior property standards meet company requirements and applicable laws
- Respond to maintenance tickets
- Follow-up with residents and office staff on work status
- Work in an on-call rotation, requiring flexibility, including night and weekend shifts
Requirements:
- Active and valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
