We are seeking a hard-working and customer service-oriented individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to fill the role of a Floating Maintenance Technician.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring that both the interior and exterior of our properties meet company standards and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot service issues
- Respond to maintenance tickets
- Follow up with residents and office staff on work status
You will work in an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility.
Requirements:
- Active and valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
