Maintenance Supervisor Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical aspects of our community meet our high standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to your team to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• You will be expected to possess extensive knowledge in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• A 24-hour on-call schedule will be established, and you must be available to respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with office staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain open communication channels.
• Oversee the inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of community facilities and grounds.
