Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales managers and their clients regarding Electronic Medical Record (EMR) custodianship agreements.
- Build and sustain relationships with EMR vendors.
- Communicate with EMR providers via phone and email.
- Assist with tasks related to data management and coordination.
- Develop and update extraction instructions for various EMR platforms.
- Keep the EMR notes board updated with the most current information.
- Facilitate the smooth transfer of records from a client’s EMR system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Great customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management demonstrated by consistently meeting deadlines; adept at task prioritization and delegation when necessary.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the capacity to listen attentively and resolve issues effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Basic understanding of Windows batch scripting
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and associated software.
- Demonstrated experience of working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferable.
- Familiarity of SQL, Python, and JSON is a plus.
- IT background, ideally with 3-5 years of experience.
