Job Description

The Claims Specialist role is a vital part of the Morgan White Group team, responsible for ensuring that insurance claims are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Claims Adjudication: The Claims Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims, verifying eligibility, and making decisions on claim payouts.
  2. Policy Administration: Utilizing the Policy Administration System, the Claims Specialist will ensure that policies are accurately administered, and member accounts are up-to-date.
  3. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, the Claims Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with members.
  4. Audits and Compliance: Conducting periodic audits, the Claims Specialist will ensure that claims have been paid correctly and that operations are compliant with company policies and procedures.
