Accounts Receivable Clerk

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The person in this position plays a key role as a member of our office staff. As the Billing Coordinator it will be your responsibility to process invoices in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner, correctly record payments received, maintain client files, assist clients over the phone and in person, as well as make effective collection calls. You may also be called upon from time to time to assist our office team with various projects as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:

• Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word) and ability to learn new computer software
• Strong attention to detail
• Accurate/proficient date entry and math skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Positive/helpful demeanor
• Professional appearance
• Spanish as a second language is a PLUS

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time, year-round position. Basic work schedule is 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime is often available during our peak time in spring when required to accommodate the needs of our clients.
