Server and Bartender
Morning Fork prides itself on customer service, courtesy, attention to details and teamwork. Efficiency and punctuality with guests dining experience and as an employee. Good communication skills which will ensure smoothness of service in and out of the kitchen.
Server responsibilities include quality steps of service, menu knowledge, taking orders, serving dishes, table maintenance and general organization and cleanliness. Bartending duties include, making craft cocktails, bar organization and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation
- Greet to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers make selections
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations based on menu knowledge
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
Skills
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- High school diploma is a plus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
