Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and address any inquiries or requests.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during events or banquets.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food service practices and bartending techniques.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is advantageous but not required.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $2.13 - $12.00 per hour
