Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procore Administrator to manage, maintain, and administer our Procore instance. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our construction projects are executed seamlessly through effective use of Procore. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Procore software, the construction industry, and project management best practices. Proficiency in APIs and Datalake technologies is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Administration:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation and administration of Procore software.
    • Configure and customize the platform to meet the needs of construction and project management teams.
    • Manage timelines and milestones for a seamless adoption process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all Procore-related initiatives.
  • Training and Support:
    • Train users on Procore software, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively.
    • Provide ongoing support and resolve any challenges that arise during and after the implementation process.
  • Optimization and Integration:
    • Continuously improve the platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management.
    • Leverage APIs to integrate Procore with other systems and tools.
    • Utilize Datalake technologies to manage and analyze project data.
  • Project Oversight:
    • Oversee and manage construction projects using Procore software.
    • Ensure that the platform aligns with the specific nuances and challenges of the construction industry.
    • Apply industry knowledge to drive project planning, execution, and success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable expertise in Procore software and its application in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in leading successful Procore implementations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of various construction project phases.
  • Strong background in the construction industry, with the ability to apply this experience to project management tasks.
  • Proficiency in APIs and familiarity with Datalake technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead projects effectively, delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong track record of leveraging Procore to enhance construction project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data integration and management using APIs and Datalake technologies.
  • Certification in Procore software or relevant project management methodologies.

Work Environment:

  • Occasional travel may be required for training or stakeholder collaboration.
