Mortenson is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring craft professionals to appropriate Operating Groups company-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop approaches to identify and source craft talent
• Negotiate and handle external resources used for recruiting
• Work closely with hiring managers in the development of the recruitment and selection plan and establishment of employment offers
